When will you hear from us?
If you are looking to work with us for the first time or if you’re an existing client of ours, you’ll hear back within 36 hours, Mon-Fri. For other general inquiries expect between 1-3 working days, Mon-Fri.

FAQs
How much does a typical project cost?
Every project is different which is why we always like to chat with our clients to figure out their needs before giving them a solid quote. Our Branding & Logo Design package starts at $1,200. If you’re looking for a custom project, we will work together to build out a package that fits specifically to your custom needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! We are open to working with clients on payment plans. We understand that branding is a huge investment and we are flexible to discuss options.
Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit for one of our packages or a custom project secures your slot in our books therefore the deposit is non-refundable. Paying your deposit not only insures your spot but allows us to get started on designing.
How long does a project take?
Branding projects typically take 4-5 weeks to complete. However depending on the scope of work and complexity of your needs, custom projects can vary in completion time. Availability varies throughout the year so please feel free to reach out to see what our schedule looks like.
